We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are not satisfied, please let us know prior to leaving feedback to give us the opportunity to try and make things right. We are very easy to work with as our positive feedback shows.
If you need to return your item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. You will be refunded the purchase price provided the item is returned in the same new unopened condition as when shipped. Return processing time generally takes a few days. The buyer must contact us before returning the item to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). All RMA items must be received by us within 10 days from the issued date of the RMA or RMA is voided. Any packages refused by buyer and marked return to sender will not be accepted. Any item returned to seller with postage due will also be refused.
In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send replacements to you at our cost. (A picture of the damaged part may be required to ensure we send the correct replacement). Buyer must report these conditions to Best Choice Mart via E-Mail within 3 days after receiving item or items purchased will be presumed to be in excellent condition and without fault.
This warranty applies only to products purchased by the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
The warranty does not apply to products that have been abused, misused, modified, or repaired by anyone. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Best Choice Mart reserves the right as final authority on whether the products should be refunded or replaced. Best Choice Mart makes no other warranty and no implied warranties, including any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Best Choice Mart maximum liability here under is limited to the purchase price of the products. In no event shall Best Choice Mart be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages of any nature arising from the sale of the product.
