Shipping: We ship within one business day of cleared payment. This means we do not ship on weekends. You may contact us prior to purchase and we will make all efforts to accommodate Saturday shipping if at all possible.

Returns: Returns are accepted (unless otherwise stated in listing) on items that are in the same condition as when you received them. We do not return items that have been used by the buyer.
Damaged or missing items: If damage happens during shipment please contact us right away and send photos with message if possible. If an item is missing please contact us and we will do our best with shipping company to locate the item. In many cases asking your mail courier is the fastest way to finding an item.
